During refurbishment we typically utilize pressure-treated redwood, pressure-treated Douglas fir or pultruded fiberglass structural materials and 300 Series stainless steel hardware. All mechanical equipment, fill and drift eliminators is inspected and evaluated. Replacement equipment is selected according to customer economics, condition of the circulating water and the required thermal performance goals. Custom PVC distribution systems and retro-fit fiberglass fan stacks can be sized or matched to any cooling tower requirement. All refurbishments are fully engineered and designed to cost effectively meet your current efficiency goals and process requirements. In all cases, our goal is to provide a finished cooling tower that efficiently delivers both maximum performance and dependable long-term service. |
