Preventative Maintenance

That’s why Advance Cooling towers offers a selection of comprehensive preventive maintenance programs that can be customized to service any size or type of cooling tower, or any specific industry or customer requirements.  Whether you need routinely scheduled maintenance, service on the fly, or schedules to meet your planned outage periods, we have a program to fit your needs.

“How important is your cooling tower to the success of your operation?

For most of our customers, their cooling tower acts as the “heart” of their plant. And more often than not, maintaining the health of this critical equipment  is essential to optimizing their operational performance and maintaining profitability.

· Short-Term, Standard & Master PM Service Agreements

· Flexible Schedules & Competitive Terms & Conditions

An improperly maintained cooling tower will produce significantly warmer cooling water, resulting in a condenser temperature up to 5 to 10 degrees F higher than a properly maintained cooling tower. This reduces the efficiency of the chiller, needlessly wastes energy, and increases cost. Typically, a chiller will consume 2.5 to 3.5 percent more energy for each degree increase in the condenser temperature.

Why it’s Important?
