Inspections & Evaluations

We regularly perform inspections for our established customers to assist them in identifying potential problems before they lead to breakdowns,  poor operating efficiencies, or unsafe environmental conditions.   Normally, this service is offered free of charge, because we believe that is what you expect and deserve from an experienced cooling tower contractor. 

Our routine is to furnish a detailed report outlining those areas that need immediate attention or repair, as well as conditions that may benefit from more long-term improvement or upgrade.  However, we realize that operating economies and demands often dictate both the occasion and level of repairs that fall into a customer’s definition of ”immediately necessary”.  Working together, we can develop a scenario to correct any critical deficiencies with minimal interruptions or unnecessary expense, and plan the balance of needed repairs or upgrades when practical or budgetable
