MAINTENANCE Qualified inspectors

pumping during scheduled shutdowns or while tower is in operation
and hydroblasting to remove scale and algae buildup. (shown

REPAIRS When a tower
was destroyed by tornadoes spawned by hurricane Gilbert in 1988, Advance
Cooling Towers had assessed damages and had a crew on location within
24 hours—allowing this plant to be back in operation within 10 days.
COOLING
TOWER RENTALS We provide
a complete line of rental towers. STRUCTURAL
REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS Pressure-treated redwood
and stainless steel hardware are utilized in structural repairs with Douglas
Fir Lumber and galvanized hardware available at customers' request. Mechanical
equipment, fill, and drift eliminators are evaluated then selected for
use, according to economics, geographical location, condition of circulating
water and required thermal performance. Custom PVC Distribution
Systems, and Fiberglass Fan Stacks can be installed to any
make or model tower. BASIN
PUMPING Basin Pumping during scheduled
shutdowns or while tower is in operation. HYDROBLASTING Hydroblasting to remove
scale and algae buildup. THERMAL
UPGRADE In many cases, the actual
structure of an existing cooling tower is found to be in sound condition.
The internal components of the tower may have become outdated and no
longer meet the temperatures currently required. In such cases, a thermal
